At Accept Care, your NDIS Support Coordinator can assist you to maximise the full value of your NDIS plan by helping you understand what you are entitled to and connecting you with relevant support and services. We will focus on helping you build your skills, support you in making informed choices to make the most of your funding, and to gain control of your life.
Your NDIS Support Coordinator will help to take the stress out of managing your NDIS plan by working with you to ensure you have choice and control in decision making to engage with appropriate services to achieve your goals. This may include assistance with daily care, in-home nursing care, domestic assistance, transport and social support, or allied health services, such as counselling, physiotherapy and equipment and home modifications.
At Accept Care our NDIS Support Coordinators are also funding specialists. They are experienced in ensuring that you understand your plan and have access to the services you need to flourish and reach your full potential. We will work with you and the NDIS to review allocated funding when needed, to ensure it is sufficient in meeting your needs.

What can your NDIS Support Coordinator help with?
At Accept Care, we take our Support Coordinator responsibilities very seriously. We want to give Participants and their families the support and resources they need to assist in building individual capacity to live independently and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
Service delivery
We then help you to idenitfy the best support providers, within Accept Care or externally, and monitor the delivery of the services you receive to ensure that they remain within the budget and fulfil your goals.
Managing service providers
We are here to complete referrals for services, arrange initial service bookings, negotiate and support you to resolve any problems as they arise.
Preparing for your review
Before your NDIS review, we will work directly with you to review and ensure that your NDIS plan continues to meet your needs.
If you are not receiving sufficient funding, we will support you to obtain the necessary reports and submit these as evidence to NDIS to ensure that you receive enough funds to receive the full array of services you need to live comfortably and independently.
