This role requires an experienced home support worker with a minimum of a 6 month commitment.
This role requires you to provide a range of support services including Respite, Personal Care, Domestic Assistance and Social Support.
You will monitor progress of the client, compile case records to ensure that outcomes are achieved and that the highest quality of care is provided with best practice and continuous improvement at the forefront.
To succeed in the role you will be hard working, extremely organised, self-motivated and able to adapt to different situations in the work environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential to thrive in this role.
You will have the ability to work your own hours within a supportive team environment focused on staff well-being.
Based at our office in North Adelaide you will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Home Care Package (HCP) team. This is a wholistic and hands-on role.
You will be responsible for the provision of care coordination, case management and clinical care to clients. You will also be involved in recruitment, overseeing training and support to our care staff.
Ideally, you will come with experience in managing both commonwealth funded home care packages and home support program with a strong clinical background. Being commercially savvy would be highly valued.
Human Resources Officer
Working under the Human Resources Manager, this position will provide general administrative support and be the first point of contact (visitors, phone and email) with the Human Resources Team. This role requires a sound knowledge of various HR functions, recruitment, training and development, WH&S, exposure to payroll, including HR policies and procedures in order to answer basic queries and resolve matters at the lowest level possible before escalating issues to the Human Resources Manager.
The goal is to provide excellent HR assistance and support to employees.
