Information and referral service
Navigating the system and finding the right service can be challenging. We are available to assist you by researching, locating and sharing the relevant information you are seeking and offering you the service options that will best suit your child’s needs.
Support Coordination
Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support. Our Support Coordinators can assist you to maximise the full value of your child’s NDIS plan, by helping you understand what your child is entitled to and connecting and coordinating you with relevant supports and services.
Assistance with personal and daily living tasks
Starting the day feeling refreshed and relaxed is one way to help boost your child’s wellbeing. Our friendly and qualified staff provide a range of services that can assist with activities of daily living. This may include personal hygiene, dressing, feeding and transferring for your child to remain living independently and confidently.
Housekeeping and domestic tasks
We can make your family life easier by helping with any household tasks you may be having difficulty with. Our support workers are qualified and happy to assist with a variety of additional chores, such as light cleaning, washing and ironing, as well as shopping and preparing meals.
Transport arrangements and social support
Getting out and about in the community gives your child the opportunity to meet new people, interact and socialise with others. A foundation for long term wellbeing. At Accept, we can provide transport to and from events. We can also accompany your child to appointments or community activities.
Community Nursing Care
Accept’s registered and enrolled nurses can meet many healthcare needs in the comfort of your home, saving extra trips to your doctor or the hospital. Our nursing team is available to collaborate with you, as well as other health professionals, whenever necessary, to maintain optimal health for your child.
