Care management fees capped at 10%

With Support at Home, you'll pay no more than 10% of your total quarterly budget towards care management fees.

What it covers: Care management fees cover your Care Cordinators time to set your care plan, help manage your budget, coordinate your services, and review your needs as they change.

No package management fee

One of the biggest benefits of Support at Home is that package management fees, previously up to 15% of your funding, have been removed.

What's new: Now, you won’t pay separate admin fees—instead, your funding goes directly toward your care services. Admin and compliance costs are now included in the hourly rate for any services you use.

All inclusive hourly rates

All providers are now required to include all fees and charges in their hourly care rates listed on price lists.

What it covers: Your fees include both the cost of care and all necessary administration and compliance with government regulations. This pay-as-you-go approach benefits most participants, with more hours of direct care available.

Superannuation & benefits

Our team members receive relevant annual leave and, personal and sick leave, and we ensure all superannuation contributions are made as required.

Travel time & mileage

We pay our team for the time spent traveling to clients and cover their mileage costs, ensuring they are fairly reimbursed for travel-related expenses.

Training, meetings & breaks

We support our team with ongoing training and development, helping them build strong connections and deliver the best care for our clients. Regular breaks are part of our commitment to a healthy, supportive work environment.
